Dell B1260dn Simple mono laser printer that can be relied upon as a home and small office printer, when no colour printing is required. Like most Dell machines, the B1260dn is black, but unlike most others, but it has a nice rounded line, looking very similar to the Samsung ML-2955DW. The top cover has a large folding output tray. To the right of this is a simple control panel, with buttons for power, job cancelling, info pages and eco mode. The eco mode button automatically switches on features such as duplex mode and save toner with one tap.

At the bottom of the front panel is a 250 sheet paper tray and just above this, one sheet, multipurpose slot sits behind a flip-down panel. At the back there is a USB socket and 10/100 Ethernet, two connections are available. Although there is no wireless facility on this machine, it is compatible with AirPrint and Google Cloud Print, assuming it's connected to a network with Internet access. One piece drum and toner are available in two capacities, 1,500 and 2,500 pages.
